Facilitate new hire orientation and leadership development in-person, virtual, and studio formats. Create welcoming, brand-aligned experiences, engage learners, troubleshoot technology, gather feedback, drive continuous improvement, and support learning design and stakeholder collaboration.

Provides regional hygiene training and operational support across Aspen Dental practices. Responsibilities include training hygienists, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating vendor meetings, coaching underperforming offices, assisting with hygiene budgets and staffing, answering territory inquiries, and supporting patient-care initiatives. This is a non-clinical support role requiring an active dental hygienist license, clinical training capability, and frequent travel throughout the Chicago region.

Leads Aspen Dental’s multi-year brand and integrated marketing strategy, including campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and in-center channels. Owns brand messaging, reputation, promotional strategy, market research, agency partnerships, budget allocation, and performance optimization. Ensures consistent patient experiences and brand communications, drives acquisition and revenue growth, and builds a high-performing marketing team.
