Provide clinical leadership for implant programs: train and mentor dentists, advise on implant treatment plans, support practices in-office and regionally, develop implant-related education and programs, evaluate new implant technologies, and partner with leadership to drive doctor retention and financial performance.

Lead revenue recognition and patient accounting for Aspen Dental, establishing policies, internal controls, allowance and collection waterfall models, dashboards, reconciliations, and cross-functional partnerships. Oversee journal entries, audits, and system mappings while presenting analyses to stakeholders and ensuring GAAP and ASC 606 compliance.

Lead Aspen Dental's brand and integrated marketing to drive patient acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value. Develop annual plans, own brand strategy and social, partner with Centers of Excellence for paid, CRM, and digital execution, apply data-driven testing and AI-enabled tools, manage a high-performing team, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
