Lead strategy and hands-on execution of full-funnel, multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue. Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot, manage workflows, segmentation, and attribution, align with sales/RevOps (Salesforce), optimize performance via A/B testing and reporting, and ensure compliance with data regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborate across product, content, design, and sales to convert and nurture manufacturing plant-floor and executive buyers.

Contract consultant to advise and execute cross-border trade and logistics for U.S. exports to Mexico and Canada: ensure customs and export compliance, optimize HTS and USMCA treatment, improve logistics and broker/carrier relationships, reduce costs and delays, establish KPIs, lead SOP and training development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and evaluate trade and logistics technology solutions.

Lead departmental budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for ~30 departments. Produce variance analysis, operating KPIs, and executive-ready reports. Partner with RevOps and Corporate FP&A to align consolidated forecasts, support monthly close, and improve planning tools and reporting automation to drive financial performance and scalable growth.
