Lead AMPP's market expansion in China by identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships with government, industry, and academia, localizing training and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting market research, coordinating partnerships, and representing AMPP at events. Support cross-functional teams while managing budgets, reports, and escalation of compliance or reputational risks.

Lead AMPP's commercial revenue strategy across advertising, media, exhibits, sponsorships, publications, digital products, and PPS. Build and coach a high-performing sales organization, set targets and forecasts, implement sales playbooks and CRM-driven processes, drive cross-selling and market expansion, oversee high-value negotiations, and report performance to senior leadership.
