Teams at Aston Villa Football Club

Provide site security across Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, report and escalate incidents, coordinate with emergency services, maintain records, and deliver professional customer-facing security support across shift patterns.

Maintain and prepare elite playing and training pitches (grass cutting, marking out, reseeding, aerating, fertilising, verti-cutting). Keep accurate records, maintain and store tools/equipment, support wider Estates team. Work outdoors in varying weather, including matchdays, evenings and weekends, and travel between Bodymoor Heath and Villa Park.
