Advise on IP protection, marketing uses of trademarks/copyrights, maintain contract templates, and support corporate governance and compliance while working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business development teams.

Write and edit brand-aligned marketing copy for retro game manuals, websites, email, packaging, and product descriptions. Research franchise history, maintain Atari brand voice, apply style/licensing guidelines, collaborate with design and cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects to support campaigns and product launches.

Lead Atari's global tax function: build in-house capabilities, manage compliance (CIT, transfer pricing, indirect taxes), oversee IP structuring and transfer pricing, handle ASC 740 and audits, optimize R&D incentives, support M&A, manage Luxembourg parent-company tax matters and India obligations, monitor legislation (Pillar Two), and govern tax risk and advisor relationships across jurisdictions.
