Lead product marketing for an interoperability platform and partner ecosystem: craft positioning and messaging, drive partner and product launches, enable commercial teams, perform competitive analysis, and coordinate cross-functional launch execution to grow partnerships and platform value.

Lead and scale an enterprise Content Studio as the quality gatekeeper for creative output. Oversee review, editing, and production workflows across channels, build content hub strategy and governance, manage agencies and budgets, define KPIs, and coach creative teams to raise craft, reuse, and operational efficiency.

Manage contract and proposal lifecycle, validate bookings and revenue calculations, maintain CRM data integrity, triage pricing/discount requests, support billing, offboarding, and repricing. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Billing, Deal Desk, and Sales/Customer Success, document processes, implement productivity improvements and automation, and use AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
