Responsibilities include maintaining the QMS and Quality Management Plan, monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits and inspections, managing corrective actions, investigating nonconformances, supporting customer assessments, overseeing subcontractor quality, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement.
