Develop, test, optimize, and document PL/SQL and T-SQL programs, ETL processes, and custom BI reports (Crystal/Cognos/Business Objects). Support data cleanup, data warehousing, query tuning, UNIX batch scripting, and produce final documentation.

Lead technical delivery for Oracle Financials R12 (GL, AR, AP), perform development and interface work (SQL/PLSQL, OAF, Forms, Reports), handle data conversion/cleansing, SDLC adherence, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain SSRS and Crystal reports and dashboards. Gather business requirements, analyze data, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot production issues, create test scenarios, and implement scalable reporting processes.
