Responsibilities include conversion strategy, requirements, data profiling, extraction, mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, testing, documentation, cutover readiness, and issue resolution. The role directs conversion developers, coordinates with functional and technical stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, and serves as the primary client contact while remaining hands-on with SQL, PeopleTools, and conversion scripts.
