Provides clinical and operational leadership across multiple health centers, overseeing nursing staff, staffing, compliance, quality improvement, patient safety, clinical workflows, documentation, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborates with providers and clinic leadership to improve care delivery and operational efficiency. The role includes audits, site visits, resource allocation, incident response, emergency preparedness, and approximately 50% travel within the assigned region.

Facilitates clinical staffing processes involving youth, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Supports communication, pre-placement interviews, referral tracking, consensus-building, safety planning, documentation, and compliance with DCFS policies and applicable laws. Provides psychoeducation, promotes family empowerment and child safety, manages group dynamics, and contributes to quality assurance initiatives. Requires a human services-related master’s degree; relevant professional experience is preferred.

Provides assessment, counseling, case management, advocacy, and service coordination for court-involved youth. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, developing case plans, facilitating individual and group sessions, using motivational interviewing and de-escalation, collaborating with families and partner agencies, transporting clients, maintaining documentation, and supporting trauma-informed programming.
