Staff Accountant responsible for journal entries, expense accruals, prepaid and fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, invoice review, discrepancy resolution, and annual audit support. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. NetSuite experience and publicly traded company experience are preferred. This is a remote, US-based position.

Conduct outbound calls to existing Aura customers, understand their needs, and recommend upgrades and additional digital protection products. The role involves becoming an expert on Aura’s offerings, advising customers on online safety, achieving monthly upsell and revenue targets, collaborating with the sales team, and staying informed about cybersecurity trends. This remote position is designed for candidates launching a career in technology sales.

Own partner revenue operations through data transformation, billing accuracy, forecasting, and GAAP-compliant reporting. The role maintains and troubleshoots Python and SQL billing logic, develops invoicing flows, validates enrollment data, supports revenue recognition, and contributes to integrations and ad hoc projects. It requires analytics, financial and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel, Databricks, and experience translating business requirements into technical data logic.
