Troubleshoot WordPress performance, caching, slow queries, security issues, and platform problems using tools such as Grafana. Investigate threats, analyze logs and performance trends, recommend optimizations, escalate issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and share technical knowledge. The role supports enterprise clients, agencies, developers, and infrastructure-aware customers while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Advise product, engineering, marketing, and trust and safety teams on global product, privacy, content safety, consumer protection, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Counsel teams on GDPR, CCPA, online safety laws, the EU AI Act, age assurance, consent frameworks, and data security. Track emerging regulations, represent the company before regulators, develop freedom of expression and user safety policies, and create scalable compliance processes.
