Supports AutoZone’s commercial customers through product selection, order management, billing, sales outreach, delivery coordination, inventory checks, returns, and collections. Conducts account visits, inspects deliveries, monitors vehicle safety and maintenance, and maintains accurate records. Leads the commercial department when the manager is absent while promoting safety, compliance, and strong customer service.

Builds commercial customer relationships through account visits and outreach, generates new business, inspects deliveries, monitors vehicle safety, and leads the department when needed. The role also promotes workplace safety, compliance, and accurate operational processes.
