Lead strategic discovery and design scalable healthcare interoperability and workflow solutions for payer, provider, and Health IT organizations. Translate business objectives into technical architectures, integration strategies, and workflow models using FHIR, APIs, and automation. Present value and ROI narratives to executive and technical stakeholders, partner with sales and delivery teams to accelerate technical wins, and advise customers on healthcare technology transformation.

Design user-centered digital experiences, including user flows, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and design system patterns. Collaborate with research, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate user insights into accessible, effective solutions. Advocate for accessibility, articulate experience visions, develop cross-platform experiences, and support product goals through research-informed design.

Provide senior-level ownership for AWS cloud platform operations, automation, and reliability. Support infrastructure provisioning, EKS/Kubernetes operations, EC2/AMI lifecycle, observability, incident response, patching, cost optimization, CI/CD automation, documentation, runbooks, and mentoring. Participate in on-call rotation, incident handling, and cross-team collaboration to ensure secure, scalable cloud operations.
