Sell Avantor's products and services consultatively to pharma, biotech and industrial customers in the Chicago territory. Build relationships, manage a sales pipeline and territory business plans, execute sales and marketing strategies, prospect new accounts, expand business with existing customers, collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams, and meet sales growth and quota targets. Frequent customer travel and territory management required.

Support enterprise data management and governance for ERP systems (primarily Epicor). Translate business requirements into ERP configurations, troubleshoot and resolve cross-system data issues, manage migrations/updates, collaborate with IT and vendors, and deliver training and documentation to ensure data integrity and operational alignment.

The Senior Demand Planner develops accurate demand forecasts, aligns supply with demand, and optimizes inventory and profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide on-site fabrication support in a Class 1 cleanroom: manage inventory and orders, process shipments, support preventative maintenance, follow safety and Intel protocols, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to keep Fab operations running smoothly.

Lead and execute Americas EHS&S strategy, manage regional teams, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA), oversee audits and incident investigations, drive safety culture and continuous improvement, direct emergency preparedness and crisis management, and advance sustainability and ESG initiatives in partnership with operations and leadership.

Field-based specialist responsible for site assessments, project planning, and end-to-end execution of laboratory implementation and inventory setup. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage risks and issues, track milestones, validate deliverables, and ensure safe transition to operational state in customer labs.
