Manages strategic customer accounts to achieve revenue, margin, growth, and profitability goals. Builds customer, supplier, and internal relationships; identifies business needs; develops value-driven sales strategies and account plans; conducts business reviews; monitors pipelines and performance metrics; leads negotiations; and aligns company services and supplier partnerships to expand customer opportunities and market position.

Develop and implement pricing strategies and models based on market and competitive analysis. Partner with sales, marketing and finance to set pricing programs, verify ERP pricing, maintain pricing databases, project revenue impact of pricing changes, and report program results to account managers.

Identify business opportunities in IP&E power supply, develop relationships with customers, and provide technical power solutions to support revenue growth.
