Leads Americas sales operations across product availability, inventory, logistics, customer onboarding, CRM administration, revenue reporting, forecasting, and business cadence. Partners with Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and global teams to improve order-to-cash processes, data quality, customer handoffs, and scalable sales systems. The role also manages logistics providers, customs coordination, international fulfillment, and customer delivery communication.

Owns joint marketing with global customers and partners, including OEMs, system builders, and integrators. Develops and executes co-branded campaigns, solution briefs, customer stories, launches, demand-generation programs, and event activations. Partners with Sales and Product on positioning, measures pipeline influence and campaign performance, and builds repeatable co-marketing processes. Represents the company with partner marketing teams and executives while managing relationships across the Americas and Europe.
