Responsibilities include executing talent acquisition strategies, sourcing and assessing candidates, managing candidate experiences, advising stakeholders on talent trends and pipelines, developing recruitment plans, building legal talent networks, promoting the employer brand, and monitoring legal industry recruiting trends.

Build scalable sales enablement learning experiences, including self-paced courses, blended learning journeys, workshops, multimedia, presentations, assessments, and performance-support resources. Manage learning technology, LMS content, multiple development projects, standards, maintenance, and governance while supporting sellers and sales leaders.

Translates business priorities into AI use cases, requirements, implementation plans, governance approaches, and value cases. Partners with sales, product, technology, delivery, legal talent, and commercial teams on proposals, pilots, managed solutions, and strategic adoption projects. Advises clients on AI transformation, policy, risk, security, vendor selection, rollout, and success measurement while developing thought leadership and repeatable solution frameworks.
