Advise on performance management, employee relations, compensation, org design, diversity & inclusion, and career development. Run feedback and promotion processes, analyze attrition, support policy implementation, and upskill managers while collaborating with Compensation, Recruitment, People Development and HRIS teams to deliver HR programs and projects.

Drive new business and account growth with Fortune 500 and industry-leading clients through consultative, enterprise sales. Sell Axiom's legal services to mid-market and SMB clients by generating new logos, closing complex deals, and expanding accounts. Manage pipeline from prospecting to close and deliver consultative, high-touch client experiences.

Lead global accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting operations; manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and PE due-diligence/M&A support. Build controls, improve order-to-cash, partner cross-functionally, and supervise Revenue/AR, AP and Payroll teams to ensure US GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.
