The Business Development Representative will identify potential clients, generate leads, communicate Axiom's business model, and support sales efforts through follow-ups and scheduling meetings.

Design and govern Axiom's enterprise data model, enforce data governance and quality standards, administer Databricks, mentor/manage the Data Engineer, align data architecture roadmap with enterprise technology and AI strategy, and ensure documented, accessible, and reliable data assets across systems.

Lead global accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting operations; manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and PE due-diligence/M&A support. Build controls, improve order-to-cash, partner cross-functionally, and supervise Revenue/AR, AP and Payroll teams to ensure US GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.
