Responsibilities include executing talent acquisition strategies, sourcing and assessing candidates, managing candidate experiences, advising stakeholders on talent trends and pipelines, developing recruitment plans, building legal talent networks, promoting the employer brand, and monitoring legal industry recruiting trends.

Build scalable sales enablement learning experiences, including self-paced courses, blended learning journeys, workshops, multimedia, presentations, assessments, and performance-support resources. Partner with subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders to translate complex business concepts into practical learning. Manage learning technology, LMS content, multiple development projects, standards, maintenance, and governance while supporting sellers and sales leaders.

Leads the strategy, architecture, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of global sales enablement programs. Owns commercial onboarding and ramp, seller and manager capability development, program quality standards, analytics, KPI reporting, AI enablement innovation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Partners with senior sales, RevOps, GTM Transformation, Marketing, and enablement leaders to connect learning and behavior change with measurable commercial outcomes.
