Advise on performance management, employee relations, compensation, org design, diversity & inclusion, and career development. Run feedback and promotion processes, analyze attrition, support policy implementation, and upskill managers while collaborating with Compensation, Recruitment, People Development and HRIS teams to deliver HR programs and projects.

The Business Development Representative will identify potential clients, generate leads, communicate Axiom's business model, and support sales efforts through follow-ups and scheduling meetings.

Drive new business and account growth with Fortune 500 and industry-leading clients through consultative, enterprise sales. Build executive relationships, originate and close complex deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior team members while using CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and forecasts.
