Teams at Axios

The Local Advertising Account Executive is responsible for building Axios' local advertising business, developing relationships with local advertisers, and generating revenue through a self-built pipeline, leveraging an existing network in their market.

Build pipeline and generate new revenue across local territories through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement. Support and increasingly own the sales cycle, including discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Provide temporary account coverage, maintain CRM records, manage client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, represent Axios at industry events, and develop toward independent territory ownership.

The Software Engineer will design and implement reliable services and APIs using Golang and Python, ensuring performance, scalability, and system reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
