Prepare, submit, and track state insurance rate, rule, and form filings. Coordinate with underwriting, legal, actuarial and external vendors, respond to regulatory objections, monitor SERFF and FilingRamp, process reports and EFTs, and serve as primary contact for assigned filings.

Manage the full lifecycle of North America primary casualty claims: investigate, evaluate coverage and liability, set reserves, draft coverage positions, coordinate with insureds/claimants/attorneys/brokers, escalate issues, and drive timely, audited resolutions.

Manage complex primary casualty claims including investigation, coverage analysis, reserving, negotiation, and disposition. Mentor junior adjusters, review contracts and tenders, handle NY Labor Law and product liability matters, identify subrogation, and coordinate outside counsel while ensuring adherence to company policies and documentation standards.

Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients supporting underwriting and brokers. Handle policy administration (binding, issuance, endorsements), maintain accurate underwriting records, manage diaries and deadlines, review documents for compliance, build broker relationships, support renewals and new account marketing, and mentor junior staff.

Lead end-to-end Claims value stream, defining multi-year strategy, investment roadmap, and operating model. Drive platform modernization, automation, analytics and AI initiatives, govern portfolio financials, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendors, and build a global product and delivery organization to realize measurable business outcomes.

Manage complex Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and fiduciary claims: investigate and evaluate coverage, determine valuation and settlement strategies, attend mediations and monitor trials, draft and negotiate coverage correspondence, recommend outside counsel, mentor junior adjusters, support underwriting/actuarial with data, manage litigation costs, and maintain timely claim records and systems.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Operations transformation in Specialty Insurance. Translate requirements into user stories, manage and prioritize backlog, facilitate agile ceremonies, track delivery metrics, drive operational readiness for launches, gather user feedback, and coach teams on Agile best practices to deliver high-impact initiatives.
