Own end-to-end education and capacity-building projects for an NIH-funded program, managing plans, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Support educational content, learning platforms, technical requirements, testing, releases, and technology adoption. Apply generative AI tools to improve workflows, create recommendations, and assess outputs. The role requires strong communication, organization, initiative, adaptability, and collaboration with technical and nontechnical teams.

Build and maintain research data infrastructure connecting laboratory instruments, analysis pipelines, LIMS, repositories, databases, and cloud platforms. Develop ingestion and data transformation pipelines, manage metadata and persistent identifiers, deploy Kubernetes-based services, maintain CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, and integrate AI/ML tools for data discovery. The role also evaluates data-management technologies, trains research staff, and produces technical documentation and procedures.

Implements and monitors cybersecurity controls across Linux, Kubernetes, database, and model-serving environments. Builds monitoring, detection, vulnerability scanning, hardening automation, secrets management, network policy, access control, and evidence collection. Supports AI security tooling, documentation, testing, security reviews, continuous monitoring reports, and federal authorization activities. This early-career role includes hands-on training, certification support, and collaboration with AI and systems administration leads.
