Develop go-to-market strategy, drive adoption of emerging aerial technologies, support scalable customer deployments, and cultivate relationships with public safety leaders, regulators, and government stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and operations teams to influence the product roadmap and deliver measurable growth.

Quota-carrying field sales role selling TASER products and cloud/SaaS services to medium-large law enforcement agencies. Build and execute account strategies, manage and grow assigned territory, cultivate senior relationships, forecast and track activity in CRM, provide product demonstrations and training, coordinate internal experts, and manage expenses while traveling extensively to meet revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role manages end-to-end permitting workflows, engages government authorities, interprets NEC, NFPA, zoning, and environmental requirements, identifies regulatory risks, and develops scalable tracking and reporting processes. It collaborates with engineering, deployment, legal, compliance, and customer success teams to secure approvals and keep high-volume installations on schedule.

Integrate, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot a cloud-based emergency communications platform. Responsibilities include VoIP and PBX integration, customer onboarding, customized unified communications solutions, technical documentation, operations-team training, and technical support. The role requires expertise in VoIP protocols, networking, Linux, cloud environments, and highly available real-time communications systems while coordinating with operations, engineering, sales, product, and other stakeholders.

Lead technical pre-sales for Dedrone airspace security: master product, present to technical and executive stakeholders, run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, produce SOWs, coordinate partners, and remove sales obstacles while providing first-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.
