Teams at Axon

Partner with public safety agencies to understand operational needs, document business processes and requirements, configure SaaS solutions, and deliver successful implementations. Responsibilities include designing workflows, evaluating solution feasibility, translating requirements into technical configurations, administering user acceptance testing, providing training, troubleshooting, and collaborating with technical, product, architecture, and project teams.

Own customer outcomes for strategic public-safety accounts by discovering operational problems onsite, building and deploying AI agents, workflows, integrations, automations, and data pipelines on Axon’s platform. Lead implementation, adoption, optimization, troubleshooting, and operational transformation while ensuring CJIS, privacy, and evidence-integrity compliance. Partner with agency leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services; measure mission outcomes, create reusable playbooks, and identify expansion opportunities.

Own adoption and enablement programs for the Axon Fusus platform across internal teams and law enforcement customers. Develop curricula, training plans, webinars, seminars, and feature briefings; deliver instructor-led, scenario-based training; support deployment validation, sustainment, escalations, and quality assurance. Track adoption outcomes, improve processes using feedback and data, and partner with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and enablement teams to improve customer readiness and product utilization.
