Lead end-to-end operations for the bank's Asset-Based Lending platform, overseeing onboarding, collateral and borrowing base administration, draw processing, collections, stakeholder communication, reporting, regulatory engagement, process improvement, controls, and team management to support portfolio growth and client service.

Leads business development and relationship management for industrial equipment vendor finance. Originates financing programs, structures leases and loans, negotiates terms, manages strategic vendor accounts, grows portfolio production and profitability, maintains sales forecasts, and partners with credit, legal, operations, accounting, and servicing teams. Monitors industry trends and portfolio risks while representing the organization at industry events and contributing to product and process improvements.

Manages commercial equipment lease documentation and closing processes from credit approval through funding and post-close resolution. Reviews legal, financial, vendor, insurance, and collateral documents; performs due diligence, data entry, booking, and exception handling. Coordinates with customers, sales teams, vendors, servicing agents, and counsel to meet closing timelines and mitigate risk. Independently tracks workloads, resolves escalated items, supports specialized programs, and may train new hires or contribute subject-matter expertise to projects.
