Lead end-to-end operations for the bank's Asset-Based Lending platform, overseeing onboarding, collateral and borrowing base administration, draw processing, collections, stakeholder communication, reporting, regulatory engagement, process improvement, controls, and team management to support portfolio growth and client service.

The Credit Administrator oversees credit reviews and approvals for commercial loans, collaborates with business units, and manages credit risk in a portfolio of borrowers while coaching direct reports.

Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers in the wholesale and correspondent lending market. Prospect and approve new business partners, provide product and portal training, structure loan scenarios, manage pipelines, cultivate B2B relationships, support sales and marketing initiatives, monitor market developments, and maintain CRM data. The role focuses on Jumbo, Super-Jumbo, Non-QM, and niche mortgage products and is 100% commission-based.
