Lead and coordinate CloudOps strategic projects from planning through closeout. Maintain task-level project plans, track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and KPIs, facilitate cross-functional alignment, produce executive reporting, and develop repeatable processes and governance to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and objectives.

Lead B2 object storage product strategy and roadmap; own end-to-end discovery and delivery; gather customer and partner inputs; translate needs into technical requirements; collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM to launch features; define KPIs and iterate using data; evangelize Backblaze solutions and monitor market/competitive trends.

Own positioning and go-to-market narrative for Backblaze B2 platform. Conduct customer research and competitive analysis, build sales enablement (talk tracks, battle cards), align platform and AI messaging, partner with sales and demand gen, and deliver a core messaging framework within 90 days.
