Manage a portfolio of high-value VIP players, providing personalized service to drive loyalty, revenue, deposits, and activity. Responsibilities include acquiring and reactivating VIPs, increasing cross-vertical spending, creating exclusive experiences, exceeding targets, partnering on campaigns, promoting responsible gaming, and sharing market insights. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, events, and approximately 25% travel.

Build and modernize scalable AWS and on-premises infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. Improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response, automation, reliability, and cost efficiency across backend, web, mobile, and CTV platforms. Collaborate with engineering, broadcast, and product teams on architecture and standards, operate containerized systems at scale, and participate in on-call coverage during live events.
