Execute market-specific provider network strategies, manage partner contracting and operational readiness, coordinate cross-functional network launches, translate workflows into system configurations, and improve onboarding, activation, and provider adoption. The role maintains playbooks, documentation, dashboards, and performance reports while identifying risks, troubleshooting delays, supporting partner engagement, and piloting AI or automation tools. It requires healthcare network operations experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple statewide network builds in a remote-first environment.

Support sales and product teams by developing ROI-driven business cases, commercial insights, and deal strategy. Partner with Market Development Directors and Product Strategy to evaluate customer requests, build value narratives and models, support pricing and non-standard proposals, and create playbooks and processes to scale commercial execution.

Own discovery, prioritization, definition, and delivery of controlled-substance reporting and data products. Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau, translate customer, regulatory, and business needs into product requirements, and guide roadmap tradeoffs. Partner with customers, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders on data governance, AI-enabled analytics, UAT, documentation, and customer adoption while becoming the subject matter expert in a highly regulated healthcare domain.
