Leads end-to-end healthcare technology implementations for provider and payer partners, from scoping through go-live and stabilization. Manages concurrent projects, customer relationships, workflow design, integrations, training, adoption, risks, and executive communications. Partners with clinical, operational, IT, and data teams while improving implementation processes, mentoring project managers, and identifying automation opportunities.

Owns end-to-end workflow strategy and execution for a centralized healthcare platform. The role defines product requirements, partners with engineering, optimizes cross-product workflows, analyzes adoption and utilization data, engages customers, and drives roadmap decisions. Success involves improving workflow performance, customer adoption, scalability, and operational outcomes across live environments while coordinating multiple stakeholders and introducing automation and AI-supported tools.

Provides hands-on administration and support for identity and access management, SaaS vendors, AI tools, endpoint management, and security remediation. Responsibilities include Entra access provisioning, SSO/SAML certificate renewals, SCIM integrations, license management, ticket triage, endpoint rollouts, patching, CVE remediation, MFA changes, and documentation. The role resolves routine escalations, supports cross-platform troubleshooting, flags security concerns, and contributes to automation, cost optimization, and technology implementation projects.
