Supports Treasury Sales Officers in managing and growing domestic and international client portfolios. Responsibilities include client research, sales pipeline and profitability analysis, pricing support, proposal and pitchbook preparation, KYC onboarding coordination, client implementation, relationship deepening, and revenue tracking. Partners with product specialists, AML, onboarding, and service teams to develop customized treasury solutions, support client meetings, resolve escalated service issues, and identify new business opportunities.

Oversee digital payments metrics and controls across bill payments and transfers. Develop risk indicators, monitor control effectiveness, identify emerging issues, lead root cause investigations, and coordinate remediation through resolution. Partner with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and other stakeholders to implement monitoring frameworks, improve processes, and mitigate risks. Analyze data, communicate findings, and influence corrective action across the organization.

Leads operational governance for Bill Payments and Transfers, overseeing controls, monitoring, audit engagement, issue management, risk mitigation, and improvement initiatives. Partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to manage governance frameworks, action plans, metrics, and portfolio-level priorities. Develops strategies, business cases, executive narratives, and cross-functional programs while driving results without direct authority.
