Lead and execute change management programs from planning through sustainment. Advise leaders and stakeholders, analyze impacts, design communications and training, measure adoption, mitigate resistance, and ensure alignment to business strategy to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead development, implementation, and oversight of the enterprise anti-bribery and anti-corruption program. Provide risk-based advice, conduct risk assessments and reviews, manage complex matters, support governance, monitoring, testing and remediation, deliver training, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws and regulatory expectations.
