Support Client Growth Managers by executing business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practice groups. Conduct research, prepare pitches and RFP responses, manage legal experience collection, coordinate events and thought leadership, track ROI and budgets, and collaborate with communications, PR, events, and design teams to drive new business and cross-selling opportunities.

Provides litigation and operational support for high-volume product liability and mass tort settlements. Manages claims data, settlement documents, databases, deadlines, payment requests, reporting, court filings, and claim assessments. Coordinates with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, settlement administrators, and vendors while ensuring compliance with client, court, legal, and ethical requirements.

Manage multiple IT projects end-to-end, overseeing scope, schedule, quality, cost, risks and stakeholders. Develop and execute work plans, run team meetings, coordinate internal and external resources (vendors), apply Agile and Waterfall methods, use ServiceNow and PM tools, and drive adoption and continuous PMO improvements.

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claims resolution and program closure. Draft and negotiate settlement documents, develop settlement structures and eligibility, oversee claims administration, manage teams reviewing claims, perform claims data analysis, ensure compliance, and coordinate with plaintiffs' counsel and stakeholders.

Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and dispute resolution across D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI, and other coverages. Advise clients on recovery strategy, analyze policies and endorsements, draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, and memoranda, secure defense and indemnity coverage, and coordinate with clients, insurers, brokers, adjusters, and defense counsel. Support all litigation phases including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Support business immigration matters for Japanese-speaking clients: prepare and review nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and consular applications, communicate with clients and stakeholders in Japanese and English, manage case dockets, review Japanese-language documents, and keep the team updated on immigration developments.
