Provides data privacy and AI legal counseling to clients, including drafting privacy policies and data processing agreements, advising on data retention, incident response, breach notifications, and compliance with privacy, AI, and cybersecurity regulations. The role also requires legal research, writing, client interaction, and maintaining knowledge of evolving state and federal laws.

Coordinates firmwide internal meetings, training programs, summits, retreats, and events from planning through follow-up. Manages scheduling, registration, stakeholder communications, attendance data, meeting technology, logistics, vendors, and onsite or virtual execution. Serves as a technical host or producer, resolves operational issues, maintains accurate systems and records, and supports process improvements and special initiatives. Collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities independently.

Provides litigation and operational support for high-volume product liability and mass tort settlements. Manages claims data, settlement documents, databases, deadlines, payment requests, reporting, court filings, and claim assessments. Coordinates with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, settlement administrators, and vendors while ensuring compliance with client, court, legal, and ethical requirements.
