Administers employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, HSA, leave, and voluntary benefits. Supports employee questions, onboarding, eligibility, claims, billing, vendor invoices, compliance, HRIS data entry, communications, and plan implementations. Partners with vendors, brokers, legal counsel, and People Team members while maintaining confidential records and improving benefit processes. The role is an individual contributor based in an office, with occasional domestic travel.

Develops and executes OEM sourcing strategies, negotiates supplier contracts, manages purchase orders, and monitors supplier performance, delivery, quality, cost, and margins. Partners with project, applications, sales, finance, and field service teams to support packaging automation projects. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, agreement management, expediting orders, resolving discrepancies, coordinating corrective actions, reporting metrics, and improving supply-chain operations using ERP and MRP systems.

Designs, develops, configures, commissions, and supports SCADA, MES, and industrial control solutions for packaging and manufacturing projects. Responsibilities include programming, database and interface development, control algorithms, troubleshooting, technical project execution, customer scope management, project planning, onsite startup support, and coordinating multiple workstreams. The role also drives process improvements, documentation standards, data quality, and customer relationships, with travel for installations, startups, meetings, and training.
