Teams at Bartlett Park District

Supervise youth and adult open gym sessions, ensuring safe facility conditions, participant waivers, fee collection, and rule compliance. Handle customer questions and issues involving teams, coaches, parents, and players. Set up and close the gym and POS station, manage cash and daily balancing, provide basic first aid, monitor surrounding areas, and maintain cleanliness.

Assists with before- and after-school programming for elementary students, including games, crafts, homework time, sports, snacks, attendance, record-keeping, cleanup, and equipment maintenance. Staff interact professionally with students and guardians, support daily routines, maintain safe supplies and facilities, and assist with seasonal equipment storage. The part-time role follows the school calendar and requires a flexible schedule of one to five weekdays per week.

Runs the scoreboard and maintains scorebooks for youth and adult basketball games. Communicates professionally with coaches, players, spectators, and officials; enforces league rules and supports good sportsmanship. Inspects gym safety, manages game-related issues, answers questions, maintains equipment and records, and secures and cleans the facility after games. Must attend required trainings and follow Park District policies and safety procedures.
