Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Time & Attendance teams, and external providers.

Translates GPS strategy into integrated roadmaps, applies 80/20 optimization, governs prioritization and stage gates, tracks benefits, manages dependencies, and drives executive decision-making. The role also oversees product and SKU rationalization governance, scales repeatable solutions, embeds Lean and Six Sigma methods, enables analytics and tooling, leads change adoption, and develops portfolio and transformation teams.
