Translate global product strategy into market positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing content. Collaborate with product, clinical, service, finance, operations, and global marketing teams to commercialize connected care solutions across nurse call, smart devices, clinical communications, and related workflows.

Leads complex, cross-functional infusion pump programs across new product development, software and firmware releases, sustaining engineering, compliance, cost improvement, and obsolescence. Owns scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, risks, governance, and launch readiness while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, supply chain, commercial, and external teams. Ensures compliance with medical device design controls, quality systems, and regulatory requirements while reporting program performance and risks to senior leadership.

Leads IT procurement and strategic sourcing for software and SaaS categories. Develops category strategies, manages supplier selection and risk assessments, negotiates complex contracts, oversees supplier relationships, tracks savings, evaluates market innovation, and reports progress to senior leadership. Coordinates multiple sourcing initiatives across business groups while partnering with stakeholders in a multinational, matrixed environment.
