Performs quality control of clinical samples and NGS data, analyzes clinical genomic variants using HGVS standards and IGV, conducts trinucleotide repeat analysis, orders confirmation testing, and monitors case status and turnaround times. The role also supports workflow improvement, coworker training, and communication of complex genetic information.

Drives sales growth across an assigned region by acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and analyzing sales performance. The role collaborates with marketing and product teams to communicate product benefits and adapt sales strategies to market trends.

Provides corporate legal counsel to Baylor Genetics and affiliates on securities law, governance, financing, M&A, joint ventures, equity compensation, entity management, compliance, and risk. Advises on strategic transactions from diligence through integration, supports board and shareholder meetings, drafts and negotiates complex agreements, manages policies and external counsel, resolves disputes, and partners with Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, and management on legal and regulatory matters.
