Lead day-to-day administration, production support, and enhancements for Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. Troubleshoot incidents, design Flow automations, manage integrations, maintain governance, build reports/dashboards, perform bulk data operations, support Pardot/Marketing Cloud and CPQ, and lead release management while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
