Operate and maintain brewery equipment to produce wort, perform milling/mashing/lauter/boil/cooling transfers, assist with repairs and yeast propagation, complete cleaning/maintenance checklists, maintain inventory and paperwork, and ensure product quality with Lab Technician.

Coordinate timely, accurate plating and delivery of food orders; maintain pace, presentation, temperature, cleanliness, and stock. Support servers/runners, follow recipes and safety procedures, anticipate needs, and work efficiently during busy periods.

Operate and maintain brewhouse equipment to produce wort (milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, transfers). Perform cleaning, maintenance, inventory tracking, yeast propagation assistance, equipment repairs, quality checks with Lab, and complete required paperwork while following SOPs and working flexible shifts.
