The Senior Specialist supports new product development by managing the procurement process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring supply chain readiness for product launches.

Manage creative project intake, resource planning, timelines, and workflows across marketing, brand, digital, product, and commercial teams. Track schedules, priorities, risks, and dependencies; implement scalable processes and capacity planning; improve operational efficiency and collaboration; facilitate stakeholder communication; support multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Design and produce on-brand creative across digital, print, e-commerce, social, and packaging. Support Creative Director and cross-functional teams through concepting, asset development, on-set and post-production, and prepare production-ready files. Ensure typographic excellence, visual consistency, quality control, and timely delivery across multiple projects.
