Manages and monitors clinical trial sites to ensure patient safety, data quality, protocol compliance, and regulatory adherence. Conducts site visits, tracks enrollment and study data, reconciles serious adverse events, supports audits and inspections, and manages study milestones. Mentors and trains CRAs, develops monitoring tools, reviews reports, assesses site risks, and collaborates with clinical study teams, vendors, and investigative sites. Requires significant clinical operations and CRA monitoring experience, with travel up to 40–60%.

Provides coordination and operational support for global clinical process management activities. Responsibilities include document control and approval workflows, project plan maintenance, stakeholder materials, status reporting, CAPA tracking, intake data analysis, governance alignment, and change management support. The role collaborates with Process Leads and senior GCPM leadership to enable process improvement, innovation evaluation, and timely decision-making within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.

Executes systems engineering across R&D platforms, hybrid cloud, SaaS, HPC, containers, integrations, data pipelines, observability, and AI architectures. Coordinates Enterprise IT, vendors, cybersecurity, compliance, and scientific stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, validated, and supportable solutions. Develops technical documentation, deployment plans, runbooks, monitoring, lifecycle artifacts, risk logs, and operational handoffs. Implements RAG, vector database, AI gateway, agentic workflow, and multimodal integration patterns while supporting cloud migration, change management, governance, and technical issue resolution.
