The Assistant Head of School serves as chief of staff to the Head of School and provides academic leadership across PreK–12. Responsibilities include coordinating strategic initiatives, supporting Upper School growth and internships, leading mastery-based assessment work, strengthening curriculum and faculty development, supporting accreditation and reporting, and fostering inclusive school culture. The role also coordinates leadership priorities, collaborates with division directors, and acts for the Head of School when requested.
