Serves as the primary front-desk contact for families, students, visitors, and vendors. Greets guests, manages phone calls and emails, coordinates calendars and visitor appointments, supports school tours and arrival logistics, monitors building access, addresses parent inquiries, and completes data entry and administrative projects. The role requires a warm customer-service presence, strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, basic office technology skills, and the ability to lift 15–20 pounds.

Supervise and engage PreK–4th grade students during after-school programs, lead age-appropriate activities (STEM, art, or grade-based care), manage classroom routines and transitions, communicate with families and staff, maintain safe organized spaces, and participate in team trainings and special events.
