Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (3- and 5-axis, horizontal, dual-spindle) to run high-mix medical parts production. Manipulate G-code, change work and tool offsets, touch off and indicate tools, inspect to GD&T tolerances, meet efficiency targets, follow procedures, and support continuous improvement in a shop environment.

Program, set up, and run 5-axis CNC grinding machines to manufacture medical device components. Develop processes, perform inspections (first article and in-process), troubleshoot, document per GDP/GMP, and collaborate with engineering to create work instructions and improve setup efficiency.
