Supports SQL Server database administration across on-premises and Azure environments. Performs health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and recovery validation, database refreshes, migrations, access management, patching, maintenance, security controls, query and index analysis, and automation using T-SQL and PowerShell. Maintains documentation and operational records, collaborates with technical teams, participates in scheduled maintenance and on-call rotations, and escalates complex incidents to senior DBAs.

Provides in-depth customer support, communicates across multiple channels, manages CRM records, develops expertise in financial products, and builds relationships with customers and internal teams. The role requires multitasking, pipeline management, critical thinking, strong communication, independent work, and comfort navigating multiple software systems. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12–9 PM EST, with approximately 5% annual travel after an initial company event.

Administer and optimize mission-critical Microsoft SQL Server environments across on-premises and Azure platforms. Develop and tune complex T-SQL, manage large databases, implement Always On high availability and disaster recovery, oversee backups, security, auditing, monitoring, and data migrations, and automate administration with PowerShell and SQL Agent. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, support releases, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.
