Own enterprise customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and go-live. Design BigPanda solutions, integrations, workflows, data models, and automations; write scripts and tooling; troubleshoot complex implementation challenges; advise technical stakeholders; create reusable architecture patterns; and mentor Solutions Architects. The role requires strong experience with observability, ITSM, incident response, enterprise implementations, coding, architecture, documentation, and consultative communication.

Lead end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A while managing a globally distributed recruiting team. Partner with senior leaders on hiring forecasts and talent strategy, personally source candidates, coach recruiters, build scalable interview and recruiting processes, and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences using recruiting metrics.

Manage complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles from prospecting through close. Build relationships with enterprise clients and partners, conduct product demonstrations, help prospects evaluate BigPanda’s IT operations platform, maintain accurate forecasts, prospect persistently, present to C-level executives, and exceed revenue targets. The role is remote-based in the Mid-Atlantic region and requires strong communication, executive presence, sales methodology experience, and a consistent record of quota overachievement.
