Define product requirements, success metrics, hypotheses, roadmaps, and delivery plans while advocating for customer needs and supporting go-to-market readiness.

Own a portfolio of complex mid-market SaaS accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. Lead executive business reviews, develop success and upsell plans, troubleshoot integrations, resolve customer issues, and manage multi-stakeholder relationships independently. Maintain rigorous process discipline, documentation, SLA adherence, and customer engagement workflows while using Salesforce and Gainsight.

Manage FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, operating expense analysis, accruals, prepaids, variance analysis, and month-end close support. Partner with business leaders, Accounting, Procurement, and department heads to guide resource allocation and spending decisions. Prepare executive reporting, analyze vendor spend, and improve finance workflows using AI tools and automation.
