Own end-to-end enterprise sales into large multifamily owners: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, launch and expand accounts. Spend significant face-to-face time in market, sell to C-suite, manage complex multi-threaded deals, partner with Customer Success and Product, and help build sales playbooks and processes.

Provides first-line digital customer support through chat and tickets for Bilt members. Resolves payment, loyalty, and general platform inquiries; triages and escalates complex issues; documents interactions and identifies trends. Collaborates with internal teams and BPO partners, learns product updates, and adapts support to diverse member and partner needs. Requires weekend work and full-time weekday availability during five weeks of onboarding, including one week in New York City.
