Executes and manages strategic baking technology and commercialization projects from research and business case development through bakery integration, implementation, and support. Coordinates cross-functional teams, gathers and interprets data, provides project reporting, troubleshoots operational issues, and trains operations teams. The role supports continuous improvement, maintains technical knowledge, develops subject matter experts, and leads project rollouts across the U.S. bakery network.

Manage the Breadbox program’s end-to-end supply chain, including production planning, purchase and customer orders, inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, invoice reconciliation, and 3PL coordination. The role requires accurate data management, order tracking, inventory allocation, system transactions, and cross-functional communication with sales, procurement, supply chain teams, vendors, and customers.

Leads market sales execution and Direct Store Delivery Excellence practices to achieve revenue, freshness, realization, and market-share goals. Develops store-level growth plans, builds customer relationships, identifies opportunities for new displays and space, uses sales data to guide frontline teams, and conducts quarterly business reviews. The role requires sales or customer-relations experience, leadership ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for a DOT medical card.
