Support development of tokenized equity products by conducting due diligence, building financial and commercial models, performing market and competitor research, preparing committee memos and presentations, tracking ECM activity, and owning research workstreams through transaction execution.

Lead global business development for Binance Pay by identifying and closing enterprise merchant and payments infrastructure partnerships. Own full sales cycles, negotiate contracts, coordinate KYB and integrations, collaborate with Product/Legal/Compliance/Marketing, drive regional expansion strategies across priority verticals, analyze partner performance to optimize commercial terms, and meet aggressive merchant and transaction growth KPIs.
