Field-based Key Customer Manager responsible for developing and executing engagement plans with Key Medical Experts and accounts to grow Biogen's MS portfolio. Builds cross-functional collaboration, improves patient access and care quality, manages complex accounts, and engages prescribers, administrators, and local sales teams to increase awareness and trust in Biogen offerings.

Field-based role executing dermatology/immunology commercial strategies: engage key medical experts, run advisory boards, capture customer insights, support brand teams and congress planning, manage vendors and Speaker's Bureau, develop promotional materials, and travel extensively to support HCP and patient/caregiver education.

Leads the design, implementation, administration, integration, testing, and enhancement of Veeva Vault RIM. Translates business requirements into functional specifications, manages application roadmaps, supports GxP compliance, oversees internal and external technical resources, and drives system optimization. The role also provides troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, user support, data migration assistance for M&A activities, and technology guidance involving emerging technologies and AI.
