Lead Production Engineer responsible for managing and validating production equipment, troubleshooting, implementing corrective actions, driving automation and robotics solutions, supporting capacity planning, ensuring GMP and ISO 13485 compliance, leading continuous improvement projects, mentoring technicians, and acting as technical lead and backup support for packaging supervision.

Design and create labels, packaging, marketing collateral, and ads; manage proofs and vendor submissions; maintain labeling review/approval records; provide creative support for company programs and events; ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance; collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Support R&D human factors and risk management by assisting planning and execution of user research and clinical recruitment, collecting and analyzing study data, maintaining documentation, and aiding risk management files.
