The Product Manager defines and prioritizes software enhancements, translates user and customer needs into requirements, and creates workflows, wireframes, and prototypes. They partner with Engineering and customer-facing teams, conduct usability testing and interviews, maintain a development-ready backlog, identify risks, and communicate priorities. The role also supports customer onboarding and feature Q&A while developing expertise in HMIS data standards and interoperability.

Provides remote technical support for Clarity Human Services customers by resolving tickets, troubleshooting software and reporting issues, escalating bugs through Jira, supporting HUD and Federal Partner reporting, documenting solutions, testing releases, and gathering customer feedback. The role requires clear communication, careful issue diagnosis, organization, collaboration, and ongoing learning about product updates and HMIS standards.
